A couple of years ago, I lost just over 10 pounds in two weeks, ive steadily been getting smaller but i LOVE junk food!(everytime i go on a diet, even if I don't keep it up i manage to lose 2 pounds permanently, but I know yoyo dieting is no good for u) i'd love to have slimmer legs and tone up my bum (which is quite big because ive got a typical african figure lol), i know i'll never have skinny legs, but i'd love for them to be just a bit smaller! any tips on how to lose "bulk"/chunky muscles is more than welcome...thanks x
