I'm really worried...?

Well I've been texting my friend for the last couple hours, and awhile ago we were talking about her mom. Apparently my friend got in trouble for something and her mom was yelling at her.. but five minutes later she came in her room and was laughing and acting reallyyy weird. My friend said she thought she was high but she wasn't sure. So she said her mom gave her some ravioli to eat and after she ate it she felt really weird.. she said she's dizzy and everything is blurry and she feels like she's falling asleep. She said she thinks her mom put some drug in her food but she was sure it wasn't poison because it was taking so long to affect her. I told her not to go to sleep and to go tell someone or call 911 before it got worse but she won't listen to me and when i told her i would call 911 for her she freaked out and threatened to kill herself if i did. Just now she told me she started puking up blood and now i'm more worried. What should i do? I'm not anywhere near her right now so i can't go to her house. I'm so scared... please help :'(
