What would you do about a co-worker in the bathroom?

There is this girl who is suspected of in the bathroom. Several people from different departments have been a witness to this. Not an eye witness mind you, they just hear moaning and squishy noises in the stall, she comes out sweaty. They wait to see who it is too. It seems unsanitary and gross, but how do I report my concerns?
