CAR PROBLEM! MY CAR IS MAKING RANDOM SOUNDS! HELP!?

When im in the car, at anytime it just makes 2 random noises. the beeping noise ( The one that beeps when your not wearing your seat belt or your out of gas) For like 2 mins.. and i am wearing my seat belt / my gas can is half full... and the second is the one when your flash light is on... (Tik tak tik tak) it goes on for 5 mins. it gets annoying when i have someone in the car with me. HELP???
