UPS Ground Shipping Questions?

I ordered an airsoft gun off airsplat.com, and on Saturday they e-mailed me saying they shipped the package to UPS. One, ever since I got the e-mail, it still says 'Billing Information Recieved', and on packagetrackr.com it says scheduled for today. The package is shipping from Arcadia, CA, and on the UPS Ground Shipping transit map, it says one day. So can anyone clarify why it still says 'Billing Info Recieved' and why my package hasn't gotten here? Thanks~
