What are the components/units needed for starting a small printing company in the phils?

i'm doing a feasibility study and i was just wondering how much is the starting capital for printing company that should cover printers for tarpaulin printing, shirts like silkscreen and heat transfer, offset, digital,electrostatic printing and others. plus softwares needed and manpower. what the maintenance and inks, people to operate it and costs per unit and inks.
