How do you bleed the clutch fluid on an 88 wrangler?

There's a bleeder valve underneath attached to the throw-out bearing. It should be sticking out of the side of the bell housing on the driver's side I believe. Its a two man job, one to pump and one to bleed. You'll definitely need to find out why its leaking though and fix that ASAP.
