It isn't as simple as 'needing to "talk" to someone' is it? I need some perspective and some help
ok layman's advise. In the absence of a good councelor-which you should have-Go running-any type of sustained physical exercise. exercise releases endorphins, endorphins make you happy and happy people don't cut themselves! (line from legally blonde) You need to replace the addiction with something positive. Talking is all well and good, if it works. At 16 nothing in your life is easy, nothing makes sense from day to day and you need a way to cope. Maybe an indoor plant? talking to plants is good for them! The plant won't judge you and you would get the tangled web of chaos straightened out so you could "talk" to those around you and make sence? It's easy to say love yourself, and very hard to do. Try and give yourself the same slack you give those around you.
