What Do You think of Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez?

I think the red lipstick she wore the whole time played an important part on her success because it made her stand out, also the red dresses she wore the whole time, a good way to stand out from the rest! I personally liked Miss Belgium and Miss Australia. Miss Puerto Rico is also cute but she didn't wear the red lipstick so she didn't win.
