Which country is best to relax in?

I'm just taking a week off in July and wondering where is a good place to go to kickback and relax. I'll be travelling from Ireland and want to go outside of europe. I'd love the idea of somewhere a bit unique like cuba or fiji but I get really uncomfortable in temps over 25�c and not sure how hot these places get in summer. I want to go somewhere nice and a bit different, but not somewhere so interesting that I'm tempted to run around visting tourist sights for the whole week. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
